According to the BBC, Hull City winger Jarrod Bowen is on Leeds United’s January transfer wish list which they are expected to put in a multi million pound offer shortly for the £5-Million rated winger.
It has been made apparent that Bielsa wants to strengthen the wings due to Alioski not managing to find his feet recently, and the departure of Samu Saiz meaning Pablo Hernandez must fill in the number 10 role, leaving Leeds United very short on the wings.
Bowen is a young, 22 year old English winger, sharing attributes with the likes of Jack Clarke and Jack Harrison, who will more than likely be operating on the other wing.
He has played 23 games this season, scoring 8 and assisting 3. These are some very impressive stats for a winger playing in a team who are struggling in 15th. Surely this will unsettle the young Englishman, making a move to top of the table Leeds United more likely.
It seems if this move goes through, the possibility of Leeds United signing Gomez will significantly decrease, as Bielsa intends to keep the squad small, and only wants to sign 1 winger.
